LPCSO Boating Safety & Enforcement Mission Statement:

The mission of the La Paz County Sheriff’s Office Boating Safety & Enforcement Division is to minimize the risk of boating collisions, accidents and other water related mishaps on County waters through public education, effective enforcement of boating laws and encouragement of safe boating practices.

La Paz County Waterways consist of the South Basin of Lake Havasu, the Parker Strip (Lake Moovalya), 110 miles of Lower Colorado River and Lake Alamo. Safety Patrols are conducted through the utilization of two specially gamble online Australia constructed 21’ Boston Whaler patrol boats and two 20’ shallow draft Boulton jet boats. Also available are two 16′ Triton Rescue Boats for extreme shallow water conditions and dive-rescue and recovery support.
